June 24th will be a grand end to our year before our summer break at the Kingston Unitarian Fellowship.
Wendy Luella Perkins will be leading the music, as we sing Songs of
Courage as we celebrate Pride from a multifaith perspective. One of the
current opportunities is to challenge bullying, of course including
bullying of children & teens. Finally g,l,b,t,q children and
teens can expect the same support and protection in school. Our RE is
creating a puppet/play on bullying.
Flower communion often ends our
year. Please bring a flower. And if your garden is blooming, please
bring a variety of flowers so that everyone will be able to participate
in a new way of appreciating our diversity.
The culmination of our
Pride Interfaith service will be to "wrap" Unitarian Place with the CUC
Pride banner as we take our Songs of Courage to the front of 206
Concession. Join us with Pride at Unitarian Place June 24th at 10:30
am.
